  • Shipping times depend on the courier and location.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Because some products may be personalised or made-to-order, our refund policy is:

6.1 Personalised/Custom Orders

Custom or personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • They are defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

6.2 Standard Products

Non-custom items may be returned if:

  • Returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Unused and in original packaging
  • Return shipping is at your expense unless the product was defective

6.3 Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue.
